# TinyOrder > TinyOrder is online ordering software for **home businesses and small independent sellers** — > home kitchens and bakers first, and equally anyone selling what they make: handmade goods, crafts, > art, clothing. Each shop gets its own storefront link, its own product list and its own order > list. TinyOrder charges a flat subscription and takes **no commission** on orders; customers pay > the shop directly and TinyOrder never handles the money. The dashboard and every storefront work > in both English and Chinese. TinyOrder is **software a shop runs itself**, not a marketplace and not a delivery app. There is no shared customer marketplace to be listed in, no rider network, and no payment processing — the shop shares its own link, shows its own payment instructions, and is paid directly. Who it is for: anyone selling their own products direct to customers and currently taking orders by hand in WhatsApp groups, Instagram DMs or Google Forms. Food is where most shops start — home bakers, home kitchens, frozen-food and meal-prep sellers, market stalls, small cafés — and nothing in the product is food-only: a maker selling craft, art, clothing or any other small-batch goods uses the same storefront, the same delivery pricing and the same order list. What a shop gets: a storefront page with photos, prices and per-unit pricing (per piece, box, set, pack, dozen, bottle, jar, tray, slice, kg or g); product names and descriptions in English, Chinese or both; delivery fees that are flat, by region, or a base fee plus a rate per kilometre of real road distance from the shop's address; pickup, delivery or both; the shop link and a QR code for it; numbered orders in one list with the customer's name, WhatsApp number, items, wanted date and total; order status (preparing / ready / done); customer self-service order lookup by order number; an email alert on every order; and a customer list the shop builds automatically from its orders. When a customer may ask for their order is the shop's setting: days of notice before the earliest date, how far ahead the page takes orders, and the weekdays the shop is closed. A new shop offers today through two weeks out, and no shop takes an order more than three months ahead. A shop can build its product list by photographing a menu it already has: TinyOrder reads the photo into DRAFT products — name, price, unit, section, and the Chinese name where the menu prints one — which the owner checks and corrects before anything is saved. A price it cannot read is left blank rather than guessed, and nothing is written until the owner confirms. The dashboard also answers plain-language questions about the shop's OWN orders, in English or Chinese ("which product made the least money", "how did the last 30 days compare"), from the same figures its charts draw, stating the period used. It reads one shop only and changes nothing. **One plan, and it holds everything**: instant Telegram alerts, discount vouchers, promotional prices on individual items, order dates picked one by one instead of a rolling window, the shop's own Meta and TikTok ad pixel, and priority support. Billing is monthly or yearly, with two months free on yearly; the amount is shown on the pricing page and is deliberately not repeated here. Every shop starts with a **free 7-day trial that needs no card**. A shop and its order page go live the moment the owner signs up — there is no approval wait. Cancel any time from the dashboard; the shop runs to the end of the paid period. Each shop is served at `https://tinyorder.shop/s/`. Shop slugs are chosen at signup and are not listed here or in the sitemap — they appear and change without a deploy. ## Pages - [Home](https://tinyorder.shop/): what TinyOrder is, who it is for, and how a shop gets started - [Features](https://tinyorder.shop/features): the storefront, delivery pricing, order handling, alerts, and the customer list, in full - [Pricing](https://tinyorder.shop/pricing): the current amount, everything the plan includes, and the 7-day cardless trial - [FAQ](https://tinyorder.shop/faq): cost, trial, how customers pay, whether a website is needed, what is included, cancelling, Chinese support, and how fast a shop goes live - [Sample shops](https://tinyorder.shop/sample-shops): real storefronts built on TinyOrder.
